At OnlyPaws, we’re committed to providing high-quality, natural treats for your pets. We understand that issues can arise, and we’re here to resolve them as smoothly as possible. Please review our policy below before placing your order:
🧾 Order Confirmation & Changes
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Due to fast processing times, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order is confirmed. Once a tracking number has been issued, your order has been packed or picked up by the carrier, and no further changes or cancellations can be made.
📦 Shipping Issues
OnlyPaws is not responsible for:
• Lost or stolen packages
• Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
For any shipping-related concerns, please reach out to the carrier directly using the tracking number provided. We are unable to file claims on your behalf.
🔍 Inspection & Reporting
Please inspect your order within 48 hours of delivery. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at contact@onlypawsus.com within this 48-hour window.
Include the following in your message:
• Clear photos or videos of the product (note: this applies to product damage, not external packaging)
• A detailed description of the issue
• Your order number or proof of purchase
⚠️ Damages & Returns
If your claim is approved, we’ll send you next steps, which may include a return shipping label.
• Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted
• Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, unless otherwise stated
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Due to the perishable nature of our treats, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for personal taste preferences, unless the product is defective or damaged during shipping. We also cannot accept returns of opened bags, as they pose a health and safety risk and are not suitable for resale. If your pet doesn’t enjoy the treats, we suggest gifting them to a friend, family member, or local pet shelter who may appreciate them 🐶💛
🧪 Pet Reactions Disclaimer
Every pet is different! We do not offer refunds or exchanges if your pet simply doesn’t like a treat. We strongly encourage introducing new treats gradually and monitoring your pet’s reactions. OnlyPaws is not liable for any adverse reactions, illnesses, or fatalities. If your pet has pre-existing conditions, consult your vet before offering any new treats.
🔁 Exchanges
To exchange a product, submit a return request for defective or incorrect items. Once approved, you may place a new order for the correct product.
💳 Refunds
If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process it. If it’s been more than 15 business days since approval, please contact us at contact@onlypawsus.com.
